It seems like any time anybody has a problem with FeedBurner, and posts about it publicly, the FeedBurner team is quick to reply. It always seems like they have at least 2 people posting, providing a solution, and being extremely friendly. I’ve only seen a few posts about them, but their team is on the ball every time. Very few negative posts show about them though, because their service rarely has problems(that I know of). We’ve never experienced any problems with them anyway, and we’ve been using them for a very long time.
