I reported this problem via online chat with comcast. They agreed that a technician should come out, however, they were unable to open a ticket to schedule a technician due to an outage in my area.... funny thing was I was online chatting with them and they are saying there is an outage... could not convince them to open up a ticket for a repair person... comcasts policies are just stupid.
