I went and checked out an office yesterday. I thought it was going to be good at first, but it was 473 square feet. Since this office is for me and me alone, that was big time overkill. It was separated into two separate but equally sized rooms. One of those rooms would’ve done the trick, in fact, it would’ve more than done the trick.

I did a little more searching today and found a couple of larger office buildings with smaller offices that look appealing. Here’s the nicer one as viewed from above courtesy of Google Maps:

I could get about 160 square feet in this place in their brand new “Executive Suites”. Because of the location and the fact that these were just built(opened on April 1), the price per square footage is kind of high compared to other places. However, it is *perfect* in every aspect. I’m pretty sure it is at least, haven’t viewed it yet, but how can they screw up a newly built 10×16 room? It’s only about a mile or 2 from my apartment. A room that size would have plenty of space for a couch, a desk, a bookshelf, a filing cabinet, and maybe a mini-fridge :-D Did I mention it’s brand new?
